How do i hook up my zip drive?

I just got a smaller compaq case and transfered all my hd's and stuff into it and everything works fine...however i do not have room for my iomega zip drive...is there anyway to hook this up as an external? What do i need in the way of hardware> how do i do this...i have the software and the drivers..any help would be appreciated...new at this build it yourself stuff

Wait, wait, wait, a zip drive? I suggest you move on to different storage. They might sell external cases. I know the only iomega zip drives I saw were eternal
 
You have two options there since you forgot to include that drive when looking into a new smaller case. The first would be an external drive enclosure for 3 1/2" drives or buy a newer usb model that would work through a usb port.

For external storage the common trend now is going with an external hard drive due to the increasing drive capacities with those. Those can also be used for direct transfers of files between systems as well as laptops as an extra consideration there.
