How do I increase shared memory?

Well I just got a free Dell Dimension 3000 from my friend. Computer, monitor etc. But the graphics just plain suck, and it only has PCI slots, and I am definatly not going to buy a PCI 6200 for 50 bucks. So how do I increase the shared memory of the intergrated graphics?

Specs:

Pentium 4 @ 3.00GHz (registers at 2.92Ghz on CPU-Z I don't know why)

512mb of DDR 400

20 GB hard drive I think? maybe 40 but who cares

Integrated 82865G Graphics Controller

EDIT: I just realized I probably put this in the wrong section.

Short answear: You don't. In very rare cases you can adjust the amount of shared RAM in the BIOS (but i've never seen it in an OEM machine) and adding more RAM will often increases the shared size as well. The reason cpu-z says you have a 2.92Ghz CPU is because you do but windows shows it as 3Ghz.

You can usually increased shared mem in BIOS for integrated chips but it would be useless really since regardless of how much RAM you give your gfx chip, it won't take away the fact that its a slow integrated card.
