How do I kill Ubuntu?

I have a dell xps m1330 that came with ubuntu as it's operating system. I hate it. I tried installing XP but when it gets to where it wants to load windows it says no hard drive found; but it will start fine with ubuntu. How do I get ubuntu off so I can load XP?

You probably have to turn the "RAID/AHCI" controller to "Compatible/ATA mode" in order for XP to see the drive, as it does not have native SATA drivers.

go into your BIOS and it will (if equipped) be under boot drives i think, maybe advanced options.
