How do I know?

Hi Guys,

Need your help. I have an old Red Fox super socket 7 motherboard (bus speed 100Mhz) which has a 128M PC100 memory and I want to upgrade to 256M memory. Since PC100 memories are obsolete my plan is to buy 128M PC133 memory instead of 128M PC100.

My question is how do I know if my Red Fox motherboard support the 128M PC133 memory? Pls advise, thanks in advance!

If it supports PC133 then it'll run at PC133. If not then itll run at PC100. What your concern should be for older systems is whether the slit supportd 256MB
