How do I make FaceBook page for my book?

You mean you wrote a book and are selling it and want to make a fan page for it?

Amazon published my friends 5 page picture book that wasn't even special :P

To into your facebook and to the pages tab, there should be a button to Create a Page. Then choose book as the subject.
 
To make a page. Basically in the top search bar when using the desktop site just search "create a page" and then the first result is the link to the make a page bit. I hope this helped. This is the simplest way for a facebook newbie IDK how much you know on facebook haha.
