how do I move a picture in Frontpage?

first right click on the image and select "show pictures toolbar" and then click the button that is about the 4th one along from the the left hand side, it says "position absolutely" if you hold your mouse on it. Click that and there you go.
HINT: remember that you have o click on the very edge of the image to move it, DONT click in the centre of the pic, that will not work

I would recommend using a table. Most websites use tables, and its easy to position your picture; simply put it in a cell. Another benefit is that this makes it easier for computers using different screen resolutions to display it; with tables you can simply say something like "position it in the top left fifth of the screen" and no matter what the resolution is it will put it there. If you use absolute positioning your site may seem distorted on different resolutions.
