How do I overclock on the ASUS M2N-E 570i Motherboard?

Trying to overclock my AMD athlon 64 X2 4600+ @ 2.41ghz. When i go into bios don't see any place were I can overclock. When i go to the like CPU Section all i see is the CPU clock speed witch indicate 2.41ghz and is in grey so i can't change it. Can someone give me pictures or good explanation on how to overclock on My Motherboard?
 
On some motherboards they DONT allow you to overclock. Could you get a picture? On other motherboards the manufacturer lets you install from a CD or download a overclocking utility.
 
there is a program in a cd called asus booster in the installation cd. it give about 3,5,8,10 percent overclocking ability. I use Envidia setting to overclock my GPU, CPU etc. it is more accurate. you could also oc in bios.
