How Do I Remove This Annoying File?!

Hi, thx for reading this
There's this file on my computer (imagial.dll) and woteva i do i cannot remove it (located C:\WINDOWS\system32), i am certain that it is part of some kind of virus. Anyway i tried antivirus but it does jack!!! and i then tried "spybot" it still does not do anything. Is there a way i can remove it?! PLEASE?
i'm dying because goddamn norton keeps popping up and saying : blah blah found virus this found virus that sorry repair failed etc.
I would really appreciate it if someone told me how to remove this file.

hi, hav u tried removing the virus frm the safe mode? initiate a scan sequence frm the safe mode, both frm norton and from Spybot S&D separately.
 
post your hijackthis log.
Just click on "Do a system scan and save a logfile"
when its done, copy and pase all the content of the logfile here.

*** Attention: Do not do anything else with Hijackthis*** Just scan and copy the log here.

Ghost, i now officially love u...
anyway...
that unlocker was very helpful, although i had to "tweak" my approach because winlogon.exe was using the file so whenever i "unlocked all" my computer crashed hmm... so i first unlocked the handle to explorer.exe and then restarted explorer.exe then unlocked only ONE handle to winlogon.exe then had to put in "delete" in the actions...
