How do i remove this?

I get the following in my task bar. I have a c: anf f: drive and i uploaded nforce chipset for my mobo and i got this with it. How do i remove the message?

safely remove C:?!?!? wtf... I think maybe you installed the wrong chipset driver for your mobo maybe?

ACTUALLY I DID! : /

i use nforce chipset but before i knew that i installed intel chipset. How do i resolve this stupid mistake?

hmm have you try to remove intelchipset driver from add/remove section in your control panel? It might not be called intel chipset...

i did re-install the original nforce chipset from my mobo cd and then upgraded to the newest nfirce chipset.

Hmm try removing all softwares you don't use/recognize? that’s one way to go... but than again this might create more problems if you don't know what you're doing.

ex. like if you uninstall a video driver and you don't know which one to reinstall.


If worst comes to worst, you can back up your data and reformat the system...
