I downloaded a telephone book which doesn't work very well and now I'm not sure if I've removed it.
I tried Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove. but I didn't recognize the downloaded program, the phone book is called Infotel. these are the properties.
"C:\Program Files\UltimateViewer\UltimateViewer.exe" "C:\Program Files\UltimateViewer\|FT0001.PKF"
I copy/pasted that and tried a search but it wouldn't search, I tried just UltimateViewer and three or four items came up, I sent those to the trash, deleted the desktop icons but the icon in the Start up list remained, somehow I managed to remove the icon from the Start up list. have I removed this program ? how come it doesn't show up in the Add or Remove list ?
