What you'll need to do is get into the specific access point's settings and configuration and change the SSID to what ever you want it to be. I can't really tell you how to get into it because you didn't say what access point you're using. Typically though you enter the settings through a web browser by punching in the IP of the access point and then there is usually a default username and password you'll have to punch in. You should be able to find this in the documentation for the access point or on the back of the physical piece of hardware.
