How do i reset windows boot, logon, and splash screen?

How do i reset windows boot, logon, and splash screen?
I recently went through a phase of making my computer look like vista even though it's xp. After uninstalling everything, i realize that the logon, boot, and vista splash screen are still there. Is there anyway to reset them?
 
Were you sure to restart your system after uninstalling what you used?

(It may help to tell us what program(s) you used)
