How do I trace sketchy notifications to their source

Hello,

I'm getting notifications like the following on my Windows 10 machine:

I'm wondering how I can trace these notifications to their source so that I can delete the source. I believe the source is some kind of virus because I didn't used to get them and after visiting a shady site I suddenly started getting them every few seconds.

Is it possible to do this?

You clicked allow on some sketchy site that asked for notifications.

I would just disable notifications completely

Thanks for the link, beers. Through that link I was able to delete the programs that were putting out these notifications.
