How do I turn of this clicking sound?

I downloaded some AntiSpyware program that works with Internet Explorer. I forgot what program it is. But that’s irrelevant anyway. But ever sense I downloaded the program I hear a “click” when I click anything in IE. How do I turn this lick off?

It's nothing to worry about. You probably installed Ewido, AdAdware, Spybot Search & Destroy, AVG, or any other number of programs and will find that will have no effect when removing it on stopping the almost unnoticable click sound.

Have a look at your System Tray (little area near the clock), can you see any of those programs running that PC Eye mentioned? If so, go into the setup /options area of the program, and there should be an option something like "Play sound when blocking Page or Pop-up"... if you find it just untick the box.

I hear that here with everything disabled unless you have a popup blocker that gives off a sound whenever an ad popup window is blocked. That you can go into the settings and take care of fast. From what I've seen has more to the Windows sounds. Start Navigation is the one that gives that specific clicking sound. You can try assigning another wav file there to test that out and then assign no sound to ir afterwards. That's the exact one to assign no sound to. :D
