There should be an option in the BIOS under intergrated periphrals.

usually by pressing the Delete key when you first switch your computer on. When you first power on your machine look it will say something like press Del to enter setup.

yeh, it is usually DELETE, but if you have a strange motherboard it could be any of the F keys along the top... you will know when you get nito BIOS cos it is comprised of 2 colours, blue and white, and thats it, nothing else.
