How do I use these files?

Right click on my computer > properties > device manager > then right click on your wireless card and select update driver, then browse to the folder with the extracted rar files.
 
That don't sound like a good model number, not getting any hits with it. Can you double check?
 
Update the driver manually and choose to update the driver that is in the folder you created.

Well direct the update to that folder you created.
 
Yeah, like this? It says "cannot find driver software for your device".

Try not using the desktop as a location, I've always had issues manually updating with the driver folder on the desktop. Move the new folder to c. Example c:\newfolder\vista32

Then try updating manually again.
 
Ok, do this so we can confirm what the exact model. Go into device manager, right click on the device needing the driver, click on properties, click on the details tab, change the property to hardware id and give me the 4 digit device id number. It will be like this dev_xxxx
