I have SC Keyloger i use to monitor my 13 year old son, to make sure he is not looking at the wrong stuff on his compter. And it sends me emails. (logs) and the file extension is like log3.kla what do i use to open .kla files? also can i open them on mac os? please reply asap its important to me. thankyou.

try to open them in notepad, if that doesnt work try wordpad or microsoft word. keyloggers are all well and gud - but you totally invading his privacy. there must be another solution to this - such as lmiting his user account or maybe installing cyber patrol or something i dunno.. i used to use keyloggers - but now my virus scanner picks them up straight away.

There is definitely something wrong, in my view, about spying on what your thirteen year old son does. I do understand that you are afraid of him accessing unwanted websites but nothing will stop him from doing so....and if he should wish to access a given website that you deem "improper"...he will do it at his friend's house for example. Therefore spying on him....especially without telling him....could lead to huge problems with mutual trust and respect. I hope you understand that. Believe me, teenagers these days are smarter and smarter when it comes to computers. They can do more than tyou can imagine.

Ok thankyou all for your comments, i figured out that i would have a talk with him about it and, i know its gona happen, that he will look at that stuff eventually so i told him straight up to not get carried away. i know i used to do it back in the days
