How do Icopy video purchased online to dvd

I purchased a couple of how-to video's online & have them stored in My Video's folder. They are MPEG-4Movie & run with QuickTime. I'd like to copy them onto a DVD but have no idea how tp do it. I'm a bit of an techno-idiot so it needs to be simple.
Any help would be appreciated.
