how do you add pictures

Copy and Paste, then it doesn't use up your attachment quota.....

What's the deal with that anyway? No other vBulletin board I've been on has this; and I'd rather save pix to my PC, and upload it than use the IMG tags.

Cuz sometimes a site that hosts a picture that you link to may go down, and you will only see a blank post. Image attachments place picture the th board's server, which ensures the picture is always viewable.
