How do you fix the CD drive in this situation?

When I opened up my computer's CD/DVD drive, a little cardboard tongue looking things came out with it. What do I do?

The computer is somewhat new. THe drive is the one that came with the computer. I had a disc in. I opened it up to take the disk out, and this came out with it. I don't understand... The drive doesn't work anymore.
