How do you get the € from the %5 key?

As you just read, How do you get the (Euro dollar sign) € from the % 5 key, I installed a floppy that came with a keyboard, I can get it with

The only other way I can get it is from,
From desktop Start =>Programs =>Accessories => (Character Map) or (System Tools => Character Map).


or (with the Num Lock light goeing on the keyboard) hold down "Alt" then 0,1,2,8. (release “Alt”)

(not that I need it, been in New Zealand , but it might be useful one day)

Ctrl + Alt + 5

Its Ctrl + Alt + 4 for me, but im assuming the mapping is the same
