I was wodering how I can reset my CMOS. I've heard that there is a jumper for it, but i dont know where. I have a BIOSTAR M7NCD Pro mobo.

Unplug the computer from any power source, Theres a jumper on the mobo, look in your mobo's manual, or look on the motherboard it's self, it should say "CMOS Reset" and change the jumper from 1-2 to 2-3 (or visa versa) then switch them back, and take out the little battery on the mobo. and turn your computer back on.

Another simple way to reset CMOS is by removing the backup battery on the motherboard for a few seconds and back on. Works all the time.

i just switch off my power supply and switch it back on. 9/10 it works, but thats a feature your mobo has to support.
