Get 2 sticks of memory so you will run in dual channel, so get 2 x 4gb sticks. Also, that seagate hdd is an enterprise drive, very expensive. Get this one if you want seagate.

And what is the point speeding $170 on keyboard and mouse instead of a decent CPU & mobo?

Get FX6300 with AMD 970 mobo.
