how does this build sound?

just to let everyone know this most likely will NOT be built, it is just theoretical so here it goes:
cpu: intel quad core extreme QX9650
motherboard: foxconn dreadnought 790i
memory: 4gb cellshock ddr3 1800mhz (8-7-6-21)
graphics: 3 nvidia 8800 ultras
hdd: 4 western digital veliciraptor, and a western digital cavier 500gb
os: vista ultimate 64bit
psu: silverstone zeus 1200w atx

any other reccomendations?
