How does this look for a new homebuild?

Hey guys,
I'm about to order all these parts and was hoping to get some input on my build. critique away! :)


DVD DRIVE:SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner

CASE: COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced

HDD: Samsung by Seagate Spinpoint F3

Video Card: ASUS ENGTX560 TI DCII TOP/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB (x2)

PSU: OCZ ZX Series 850W Fully-Modular 80PLUS Gold High Performance Power Supply

RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

MOBO: ASUS P8P67 DELUXE (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 Intel P67

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit (OEM)

COOLER MASTER Hyper N 520
 
For that price on a motherboard.
I would get this one.
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H with a Z77 chipset.

Change the power supply out to a Antec/Corsair/Seasonic/Silverstone/PC Power&Cooling/XFX

To add, you dont need anywhere near a 850W power supply.
A quality 600/650W would be just fine. Or a 750W if you want some overhead for the future.

I would def recommend you get a 750 watt PSU, 850 is overkill for this build. A 650w would do just fine as long as you dont want to add another GPU in the future. Also you might be going a little over board on the mobo. If your looking to save money you can probably go cheaper there with no problem. If money isnt a problem the one you found or the one strangle suggested would be fine.
