Do you guys think this sounds okay? This is my next build, still planning. Leave your opinion and mostly facts.

Gigabyte DS3 P965 Mobo
Intel C2D E6600 2.4Ghz (gonna OC to 3.0)
Kingston 2Gb 667mhz RAM
WD 250Gb SATA II HD (16mb Cache)(I am thinking about 2x & RAID 0)
2x Samsung DVD-Burners
PNY Tech. 88:D:D GTS 640Mb Graphics Card
Rosewill 600watt PSU
Thermaltake Big Typhoon CPU Cooler

I hope Vista release like a second version or something b'cause I heard it has a lotta bugs right now. So I'll run XP until they do.
 
Looks like a very decent build in terms of parts, but as for how it is overall, it depends on the cost...I would expect that to cost $1200-$1300, maybe a little more....

Also make sure that the PSU you picked out will handle everything..I've also heard some not-so-great things about Rosewill PSU's..with high quality parts in every other aspect, why crap out on the PSU? As for a suggestion, most higher-end Antec PSU's are excellent.

I might go with Corsair, what do you guys think in terms of a PSU? I need budgeted, but I don't want something to screw up a $1300 build.
 
I know that safety of my rig is a high priority, but is there another PSU that isn't over $100 that is trustworthy with everything, with modular cabling.
