How easy is it to

neons are realy easy. You just stick them down normally with a small piece of velcro that is included with the neon and connect a 4-pin molex power connector to it from the power supply. Some (Like mine) come with PCI on/off switches that just slot in the back of the case to allow you to turn the neon on and off.
