not sure about the GT i have a 7300GS 512MB 550/533 an i have it OCed to 600/945

You can OC it as much as it wishes. Every card is different. Dependent on your cooling, fan RPM, brand, case, ect.

i did overclocked 5% my video along with overclocked 5% my CPU.

Do in math... for 5% overclocked. (your normal memory frequency) X .05 =(answer), Then (answer) + (your normal memory frequency) = (second answer). Use (second answer) for 5% overclocked.
for 10% overclocked use X .1
for 20% overclocked use x .2
for 25% overclocked use x .25
Do in same math for clock frequency too along with memory frequency.
