How good is this build for gaming

The goal of this build would be to be able to run new games at high quality

Intel Core i5-4440 (3.10GHz, 1MB, 6MB, 84 W, 1150) Box

RAM - personally would get DDR3 1600

Mobo - How much is Asrock mobo? If asus/ gigabyte availiable at similar price, that is my prefer option.

The downside of this set up is you won't be able to overclock the CPU. But if you are not intend to overclock, that's fine.

I have never heard of that case, which I can't really comment. I did a google search, but I can't find any picture of the internal of the case, I don't know if that good for cable management

Thats fine RAM. I would get a 8320 and 990FXA UD3 over a H87 and low end i5 setup though. Never get mATX with a ATX case. Only reason you want mATX is for small size. And change that case, looks kinda crappy. Get a case by Corsair or NZXT.

Any other reason is cheaper.
I believe most H81 mobo is m-atx?
 
Which one of these two would be better suited for me?

either of those cpu's will be great for you if you do not intend to overclock. the i5 3xxx will be quicker since its 3.4Ghz over the i5 4xxx which is 3.1Ghz. but then the i5 4xxx is newer, with an updated socket, but honestly, its not worth considering that factor since you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between socket 1155 and 1150. id go for the i5 3xxx chip you have listed. and if you had a choice between an amd 8xxx chip or an i5, id go with the i5 all day as it will perform the same if not better than the amd chip. plus, you will have room for upgrading later down the road to an i7 if you ever wanted to, where as the amd chip is going to be about as good as it gets, which isn't all that great compared to intel for gaming.
 
ok guys I have sadly run into a problem with the previous build and it will be rly difficult to get all the parts from where I am currently located at so a buddy went to a local store and got me this build.

How does it compare to the previous one?
Will it still run all the games nicely?

it will peform the same pretty much as the original build. ithe cpu is good to go, and the board you have for it is fine. the only restrictions on the b75 motherboard you have is it wont let youoverclock, but that don't matter since your cpu cant anyways, and the board does not support raid setups. your ram is better as it runs faster, and the card is just under the r9270x which was your original post. overall, you should be good to go
