Basically I'm asking if everything is compatible (I'm pretty sure everything is) and if anyone has any other suggestions. Oh, and BTW I am going to RAID 0 two hard drives.

seems pretty good but, you might want to go a little better on the video card because that one is going to be way out of date here pretty soon for the games coming out. BUT, if thats all you want to pay then it'll be fine, im running on an 8600 and im doin fine for now

So what graphics card would you suggest?

Is there a big advandage with your choice? Or is it just because you would prefer a Radeon rig over the nVidia?

ATI 4870 > 9800GTX+, also 4870 support audio through HDMI, which is good if you eventually connect it to TV.
If you go for ATI card, you should choose a motherboard which support Crossfire, not SLi.

However, if you want to keep 9800GTX+, your chosen motherboard is a good choice.
