With a build like that your limiting factor is going to be your HDD. I suggest that if your going to be gaming (which obviously you are just by looking at your specs) to either increase your budget and and add a SATA III 6Gb SSD or Swap the Core i7-2600k with at Core i5-2500k and use the saving to get a SSD. The SSD will decrease boot and game load time dramatically and then you can have a HDD for common files. I do not suggest purchasing a OCZ Solid III 60Gb I had one and it was a miss. Other then that I might suggest flashing your 6950 to a 6970 and overclocking to the same specs as 6970. Oh and if you look at benchmarks a WD 500Gb SATA III 6Gb Caviar Blue is faster then the drive you selected and almost halve of the price :)

P.S. I back up what the post above says not trying to steal his thunder :P

well there is almost no chance of bios flashing with the newer 6950's, very rare. the samsung f3 is faster than any caviar blue i think, and for 10 more you can get a 1tb caviar black which is even faster too. also the hdd isn't a limiting faster, it has no affect on gaming what so ever, the only thing it will hinder is the time it takes you to load a map, then it goes to the ram which is wayyy faster.

Wouldn't a map load count as a "Game Loading Time"? Because if you read my post I did say a SDD will decrease boot times and "Game Loading Times". According to a few benchmarks that I looked at before I purchased my two caviar blues, the samsung f3 is slower.

i think the f3 was the fastest 1tb under the cav blacks which costed like 20/30 more, but now the f3's back at 70 so whatever, and 2 500's in raid 0 will always be faster than any single 1tb.
