How much can i get for this, and how good is my next build

Ok my current Computer

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13Ghz
Biostar TForce 956PT
1 Gig Ram
ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 256Mb
Sony DVD Drive
Brand new 400Gb hard drive (ill keep mine, then put this HD in and format my computer.
Standard case (looks smart but with mismatched DVD drive (case black drive white) + 2 80mm fans (1 exhaust rear, 1 blowing on CPU HSF)

How much can i get for this?

And my next build, how long do you think it will be a good computer before i need upgreading again.

Intel core 2 Quad 2.5Ghz pr better (new models only)
Asus mobo with X38 for now but P45 or X48 when they are released and if they better
GeForce 8800GTS (ill see if anything better comes out)
2 gigs OCZ ram
1 250GB HD and 1 120gb HD
New Optical drive
Coolermaster Centurion 590 case

That should be about... 575-650 canadian, I know it doesn't seem like much but your selling it used rememeber that.

You're in Africa... most likely everything there is going to be MUCH more expensive.
