How much can I overclock an AMD Athlon 64 3500+?

How much can I overclock this processor? My motherboard is a DFI Lanparty nf4 sli-dr, and my gfx card is a 7800GTX. I have 2 gigs of ram, and the proc has the stock heatsink/fan. My case is a full-tower with very good air cicrulation.
 
probably not much with a stock heatsink and fan. id say check its temps first, make sure its at least 30 or so celsius before o/cing and watch its temps carefully. and remember: 10celsius cuts its life in half :) just some advice
and as far as what processor it is, that doesnt matter, all processor have different overclockability. less heats always good though :)
