How much could I sell this for?

It is basically this except I put a AMD Phenom X4 9750 2.4Ghz 4MB cache processor in it. It also will come with 18.5" widescreen monitor and keyboard/mouse. I paid $450 with taxes, plus like a little over $100 for the processor, and its only 3 months old. (This is not my computer by the wway, it is my Sister's who got a laptop for Christmas and thinks she doesn't need this) Thanks!

so you mean you spent like $550 ($450+$100) over the system and it is 3 months old? its cost now would be around $300 as it is being regularly used by your sister and will be treated as 2nd hand.

It WAS being used regularly, but my sister wrote her car off and she needs money for a new one.
