How much for a mobo+cpu+ram

This guy wants to sell his stuff that he doesnt need anymore, it is a mobo+cpu+ram combo and he is selling it all for $50 us or I can think of an idea of a fair price.

Mobo: Socket 462 Winfast 748k7aa MB
CPU: AMD athlon thunderbird 1.2GHz processor
RAM: 256 DDR memory

To me, I think $50 is a good deal, but really is it really a fair price? how much is this combo werth really?
 
Whats the condition? You can buy a new AMD Thunderbird 1.2Ghz from CyberPower Inc. for $103. So i'd say $50 is a little cheap, but it depends on what condition its in.

retail MB that i bought about 2 weeks ago,
retail heatsink and fan, Heat sink/fan/processor/memory installed. It will include the cables,driver cd, IO plate and manual that come with the MB when i bought it new.
