And if you sell if separately, you'll probably have some trouble selling the motherboard, and PSU.

A 19" CRT, keyboard and mouse are worth virtually nothing. Throwing it in might entice someone to spring the $300 though.

I lower my price to around 300 also. I didn't see the graphics card was FX.
