I'd be surprised if you got much more than £20 for it, if that.

Someone on the forum priced the hd4870 on $70 shipped.
So for the 9800GT I would say max - $50 shipped.

Actually personal trades are best because mostly you encounter people who do not know the true value, but if you try online then the pricing goes down because there are alot of people who know exactly what the card is worth.
