How much power do I need?

Motherboard= ASUS M4A89TD PRO
RAM= Kingston 1333Mhz CL9 DDR3
Harddrive= Hitachi 1Tb
DVD-RW= Samsung 24x SATA DVD +/- RW OEM
Graphics Card= 2 Powercolor HD 6870 (Crossfire)
Moniter= Samsung 23" B2330H
Casing= Cooler Masters Storm Scout

What is the minimum power do I need for this com spec? And any brand to recommend (as cheap as possible :) ).
