How much power?

I am building a comp with the following:
Case: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=2337812&sku=ULT33179
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813131013
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16819103771
I want to have good video and sound cards, 3 or 4 hard drives (have a 250gb and 500gb and will probably add another), and a few gigs of hyperx memory (800MHz), and I'm not sure how much I need to be spending on a PSU. This is my first build so any advice on how much power I need, how much I should be looking to spend on a psu, or advice on a good one to get would be great.

Thanks

Can you define good video cards. What sort of card(s) are you looking at? Are you planning on SLI/Crossfire?

I'm probably going to end up staying cheap and going with a 7950 instead of 8600 or 8800 but I want to make sure I leave myself the option of running SLI so is 500W definately enough or will I need more power if I'm running a system like that? I don't really want to go more than 75 bucks on a PSU so I think I could afford a bit larger one but I also want to make sure a I get a quality product. Advice?

The Corsair's currently $79.99 after rebates, and includes free shipping. Sounds like your best choice, if you don't mind waiting for the rebate. It's quite sufficient for SLI'd 7950GTs.
