How Much Should I Sell For

Hi, need a little help in selling my old desktop as I have no idea how much to sell it for. I have several interested people and here are the specs;

Dell Dimension 2400
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.40GHz
512Mb RAM
Maxtor 40Gb Hard Drive
Sound Blaster Live Value
Diamond S80 128Mb DDR Radeon 9200 SE PCI
Samsung CDRW/DVD
NEC DVDRW
Floppy Disc Drive
Dell Standard 17" CRT Display
Integrated Ethernet Adapter

I know it's nothing special but I don't want to just give it away for nothing seeing as I spent over $1200 when it first came out! Any help is much appreciated!
 
If you were to sell it (you need 100+ posts here to sell however) you'd probably get $200-$300 max, unfortunately sometimes technology can be too fickle and move forward very quickly, and you're selling yours at a very fast moving time with dual and quad core CPU's everywhere.
 
The most you can get ( if you're lucky) is around 350$ mostly because of the small hard drive, the pci radeon, that just have 512 ram and is a dell without warranty >_>
 
Well it depends on where you sale it, becuase on ebay you couldn't get much more than like $250 because I have seen computers at 3GHz between $200-$300... When ever you do sale it tell me how much you get.. been thinking about selling mine..
 
250? That means the system I put together some 5 years ago could go for at least that! Awesome. I need to sell that. Maybe I'll put it on this forum, just gotta get the specs and make sure it works, since I haven't turned it on for over a year (got a laptop for college and haven't touched my PC since).
