how much?

My older PC is about the same and I paid about $450 to buildit. Yours has a slightly better graphics card and larger HDD but half the RAM. I think $400-500 would be a decent price. Advertise as OC'd and pay an extra $50....maybe.

$550 sounds decent, just clock it at normal settings and say overclockable, or whatever. Actually, some people might want it overclocked. Maybe an option say for an extra $10~15 you will overclock it for them.

No, increased preformance is better, becuase then people will think "wow, there must be good parts in it" if you say overclocked for an extra $10 they will be like "what? why would u need to overclock it, maybe if he overclocks it will break"

Well, what are u expecting? us to pay more? i mean that would be silly when u could build it for cheaper.
