Hey Guys,
I'm new to the forum, and extremely grateful to anyone who can help
Basically, my charger cable fraid/frayed so i cut it in two and wired it up again using a wire connector, no issue.
Anyway, after wear and tear they came loose and it was late and i was tired and re-wired it but completly ignored the positive/negative wires...so they were the wrong way round.
When i plugged it in everything went dead.
Anyway, switched it back on and it was fine...it wasn't charging however. the mains cable maintained the charge (it went down about 1% a day).
One day i turned it on and the cable wasn't plugged in and the battery died, and seeing as it won't charge i'm left unable to turn it on in any way at all.
A comedy of errors for sure. Pc world asked for 230 just to look at it...but i wondered if you guys would have any ideas how serious the issue is(Battery or laptop)? I have bought a new charger already, obviously.
Thanks guys.
For reference it's a Samsung R60 Plus
Thanks in advance
