how should i go about overclocking this

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield 2.4GHz
EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX
Intel Motherboard

I have a artic freezer pro 7

Heya! Hey i have the same motherboard as you! yay!

Well personaly I'd do itin the BIOS and just increase the FSB. I can overclock my pentium D from 2.8GHz to 3.3GHz by just a few presses of a key. yup. However remember that overclocking means more power, so that's why I'm waiting till I get a 750W PSU with a 8 pin connector to replace my 4 pin CPU connector from my 650W PSU.

I know I just waffled on there but I hope that helps out in some small way. ;)
