How to access blocked websites.

Is there a site that can get you through to sites that have been blocked off by the ISP?

You can try the ip... But... um what site does your isp block?

i cant get on it, I live in the UAE now in dubai and they filter off all the things that there culture/religion etc doesnt like....

No it says it cant find the page, is it self hosted or something.
