How to back up driver??

Well one of PC has win98.it's P3 and it's around 8yrs old.I am using for just surfing net.It has Compex RE 100ATX/WOL PCI ethernet adapter.I have just downloaded a newer version of it's driver but first I want to make a backup of my old driver.So how can I do it?

The WInDriver Expert is a free version at the bottom left that installed on Vista readily. The problem is will it run on 98? The older version is Fat based while these seem to be strictly NTFS based utitlities. Driver Backup 1.0 is specifically written for 9X-ME and lacks support for the newer versions of Windows. http://www.theemiratesnetwork.com/computers/webmaster/prog01.htm

Thnx guys I have googled and found driver magician lite it worked.

And one funny thing the driver was already the one which I was using.So does anybody know the link where I can find the drriver newer than 3/19/2002 for this adapter?
