How to Backup random files to USB?

No idea if this is in the right spot, but here goes nothing:

Alright, so i was wondering if there is an easy way to back up selected files to USB. Meaning, opening up an application of some sort, already having different files selected (or select files manually) and clicking back up to USB.

I have several files all over the place that need to be backed up once a week. It is a pain in the ... to go around searching for each file and copying them to the USB. Wondering if there is an easier way.
 
Why don't you just keep these files in one folder and backup them, you can change where you store files from each program.

Can't do this. This is on my work computer. I have certain spots on this computer that have to stay put. They do periodic back-up but its crazy hassle to get a file back that has been deleted by accident.

So i have to back them up myself weekly, and have been using USB. Just looking for an easier way.
