how to burn a divx movie with subtitles

I have a dvd player that plays divx movies
I have a movie thats not in English
I have subtitles in English is a .srt file
Is there a software that will allow me to burn the movie together with the subtitles, doesn't matter the output of the file it can be divx, vcd, even dvd, so I can watch it on my dvd player
