how to buy computer ?

Yeah, if you have one or more you got your eye on, post the specs and your intent of usage (of the computer) . If you don't have a specific one that you saw, post what you'll be using the computer for, whether you want to build or buy, and how much you have to spend + your type of currency.
 
1) What do you want to use this computer for?
2) What do you mean by quality, like how powerful it is, or how reliable it is?
3) Where are you gettingt this computer from

Couple things to keep an eye on while searching for a computer...

Things that ads tell you... Processor, Ram, Graphics card, Harddrive

Things that ads don't tell you... Motherboard and PSU (Both VERY important)
