how to change language in games

Does anyone know how to change the language of a game. I have rome total war in italian and i want to change it to english. I looked thru the files to find somthing that might show italian somthing but c++ is always english and im not sure how i would be able to fix it. If screenshots would help, just let me know and ill take some of the folder(s). thanks

Ok, first of all, why do have the game in Italian??? Usually there is an option in the install that says "please select an installation language"
