how to choose wireless headset

Hi I am looking for a wireless headset for my Android phone and iPad. I will mostly use it for listening to phone calls and sometimes music.


1. Is Bluetooth the only wireless way for mobile devices?
2. What is usually the difference between a cheap headset and an expensive headset ????
In what ways are they different.

I never used a wireless headset before. Anything else I have to pay attention to when choosing a headset when there are so many choices

Bluetooth headsets can range from $10 pieces of crap to like $400 monsters that blast you with amazing sound definition, and the quality of the material used will be top notch.

Most of the differences are the same ones you have when comparing wired headphones. Which are brand, sound quality, build quality, and style. Bluetooth headphones also differ in cost based on the battery size, bluetooth tech uses (newer vs older, longer range, etc.).
